By accessing or using the services provided by Webonology (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Services Provided
Webonology offers cloud and managed IT services to both SMB and enterprise clients. Services may include infrastructure management, cybersecurity, cloud migration, and technical support.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use services only for lawful purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
- To not engage in any activity that disrupts or harms our systems
4. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
5. Payment and Billing
Clients agree to pay all fees associated with their selected service plans. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in service suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property laws protect all content, software, and materials provided by Webonology. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our services without written permission.
7. Data Protection
We handle client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Clients may terminate services upon providing written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the applicable cancellation policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Webonology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
10. Governing Law
The laws of the State of Florida govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pasco County, Florida.
